The feminist movement

In this post will be that I think about this movement... it's my idea, how I see all of this.

First, I am not like the women who go to the march.

In the moment of the march of this year... a group show their boobs, or others put them a "horse tail" (I think), so many things happened in that march but in MY opinion I think is ridiculous, for me that not represent a woman, for me that was so embarrasing. They could look to another way to prove our points of view. I understand that was a form to making news... but, well, that I said before, is my opinion.

I'm agree about the woman need more prominence in our ordinary life. The society be more equitable between women and men.

The other things is about when the victim is a woman... so many people say that is her fault.

I remember the news about a girl in Spain who has been raped by a group of 5 men. Finally they were released 'cause the girl never said "NO" and other things that I don't remember right now.... but Really??? To no said NO??  and for that it was her fault to be raped??

Or when the society taught the girl to be more careful with her clother, to be not alone, where she go, etc... but nobody taught the boys to respect us.

The feminist movement is the way to be heard. Not more that we are the "weaker sex", we are strong, and we're not alone.

We need a fair treatment, the men are not higher than us. We are the same, peoples who should respect the others.

    I think one of the biggest problems in our society is to educateto little women to be safe instead of educate little boys to be respectful.

    That march was very commented! and obviously that all the points are valid but I feel that, al least, it helps that some topics stop being considered "tabu", and it so sad the damage done to women in dfiferent parts of the world:( but we have to believe in the changes!

    I think it's so unfair for us, that we have to take responsability for the action of others.
    And I totally agree with you with this way to act in representation of women, showing our intimacy, we can do it in another form, It's not for repress the expression, it's just we can show the same idea in traditional ways, showing to others that, in a tradicional society we can show our position in a traditional way and in a respectful way.
    How I understand this "show" and their position as women, is not like in an art way, is more like been in an attack position, and that's what I hate.

    I think the march is just a form of movilization, the most important is make the difference in our daily life, to change the thingss

    I´m agree about your possition, and I think the same about that march. Well, I think that maybe the intention was to impact to the people and the media, but I´m not so sure if the results were like they wanted...

    When I saw that form of expretion I think ¿what are the things that we have to get shame of? And for me it's totally okey what they do, our body it's not a sexual toy or something that we have to get shame of. it's a social construct that we can't show parts of our body.

I must admit that it has never been too complicated for me to have to learn or read english, although I often forget certain words that make reading difficult. A country I'd like to visit

Today, in this post I will talk about a country that I would like to visit. My biggest dream is travel to around the world, so I would like to visit so many countries, but the principal is USA. First... I have never traveled outside of Chile... Well, one time. To Brazil for a study trip, but I don't consider it because it didn't feel like a trip for me, it was like to be in Santiago with my school class. Since I was like 10 years old, I dreamer to visit New York city. The culture has always struck me, is like a new world for me, and maybe for other peoples. Meet the famous places of the world, like the Time Squares, Empire States, Central Park, etc. I watch so many TV Series, all with the ambient of United States, show a different life compared to Chile, a life that I want. Also, I have so many friends who have traveled there, they told me their experience, so wonderful. And  I watched some videos on Youtube of people who lives or visited there, giving me more desir...

Personal Opinions

What is your opinion about legalizing marijuana and other drugs? In one of my post I talked about the marijuana. In my opinion for the all drugs is the same, but just with natural drugs 'cause the chemical drugs can kill us.  I don't know if is good or bad to consume some drugs for wanting to do it but there is the taste of each one, I will not criticize in that. In my opinion, how I said in one of my post, natural drugs is so much less harmful than consume alcohol but the drugs, like marijuana, still illegal and people with problems with their health need this drugs and the government refuses.  I'm agree to legalize natural drugs, I don't care if it's for personal consumption, I prefer the people smoke some pot than drink so much alcohol. I still do not understand why is legal alcohol and not drugs that can help us. And you? What is your opinion about legalizing abortion in all cases?
